Welcome to our cozy home space in Mourão, where art and hospitality come together to offer a unique and memorable experience.

Created with love and dedication, our home space has been designed so that each guest feels truly at home, surrounded by a family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Here, you will find a painting studio, the workplace of the owner and artist, Maria Manuel Albino. Art is not just a passion here; it’s a way of life, where paintings can be admired by guests throughout the house. Each piece tells a story and adds a special touch to the space, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the world of colors and shapes.

  • 1978-79: ESBAL (Escola Superior de Belas Artes de Lisboa) – Painting

  • 1980-1985: Architect from FAL (Lisbon University)

  • 1998-2001: Drawing and Painting at Studio “Arte Ilimitada” in Lisbon, under the coordination of painters Filipe Rocha da Silva and Teresa Dias Coelho

  • Participation in collective exhibitions at Cordoaria in Lisbon, coordinated by Arte Ilimitada Studio, and at Óbidos Village with curator Leonor Nazaré (Modern Art Museum of Lisbon)

  • 2002-2005: Project paintings and canvas exhibitions at my Studio Art in an Open Gallery on “Rua do Poço dos Negros”, Lisbon

  • 2019: Studio house on “Rua do Conde” in Lisbon. Projects: “Vapors,” “Calendário Balteneano,” “Regard From MA,” “Beauvau”

  • 2020: Exhibition in Miranda do Douro in January, “Balten Regard From MA” – 12 canvases and 6 paintings at the Museum of the Land of Miranda do Douro. Competed as a candidate for the international competition Fondation François Schneider and DgArtes, Portuguese Republic

  • 2020: Exhibition at ARTIST2020, Madrid

  • 2021: Exhibition at MU.SA in Sintra, Portugal, under the theme “O Reino Das Nuvens,” curated by painter and professor Vitor Reis from ESBAL
