Cancellations made up to 7 days before the check-in date are fully refundable.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may incur cancellation charges as specified in the cancellation policy during booking.

Any changes to the reservation must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.
Changes may include additional fees depending on the circumstances.
4. Check-in and Check-out
4.1. Check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm.
If you arrive before check-in time, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
4.2. Check-out
Check-out must be done by 11:00 am.
Late check-out may be requested and is subject to availability and additional fees.
5. House Rules
All guests must respect the house rules established at the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted inside the premises.
Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed.
6. Responsibility

MMART's and Slowly com Vagar are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of guests' personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation during their stay and will be charged for the costs of repair or replacement.
